Who maintains it after handover?
For the first 6 months we stay with you — adjustments, questions and fine-tuning included. After that the system runs on its own and it's yours; if you want us close there's an optional plan, but since the code and data are yours, any technical team can maintain it.
Who owns the system at the end?
Yours, all of it: code, data, domain and access in your name from the start — not at the end, not “when we get to it”. We stay with you for 6 months after handover; if you want us to stick around, great — but you won't need us.
