Phase 3 — Generation

Phase 4 — Implementation
Weeks 9–10: parallel rollout. The new system runs alongside the old one. Your team validates before switching over. Zero downtime. Training department by department.
Phase 5 — Autonomy
Weeks 11–12: formal handover. Credentials, repositories and documentation delivered. Your team operates the system. Afterwards we stay close for six months. You can contract monthly operations with Catalizadora or migrate to your own infrastructure.
