Catalizadora is a boutique AI-native agency founded by Pablo Estrada in 2026 (operating as AI Catalysts, LLC in Delaware). Fifteen years building companies in Latin America taught us an uncomfortable truth: of every 10 large projects, 7 fail (Standish Group, McKinsey, Gartner). The problem isn't the technology — it's the model: endless retainers, locked-in licenses, integrators who hand over fragile code. So we do the opposite.
